Academy lads beaten at Eccleshill

Two goals in second half not enough
The Academy lads, who were narrowly beaten at home by Gateshead last week, went down 4-2 at Eccleshill this afternoon.
They were hit by some players being unavailable, and were 3-0 down by the 20th minute, but they were much better in the second half with goals by Miguel Nunes and Harry Stansfield, but they weren't enough.
The team was:
Cranston, McNab, Alderson, Halliday, Nunes, Shaw, Stansfield, Lingthep, Dunn, Morrison, Buckley.
The lads' next game is at Frickley next Wednesday.
