Armed Forces Day on Tuesday

Free admission for members of Armed Forces and other services

Darlington FC is delighted to announce that on Tuesday 5th November we will be honouring and remembering those that have lost their lives on the line of duty.

The British Armed Forces are the military services responsible for the defence of the United Kingdom, its overseas territories and the Crown dependencies. They also promote the UK's wider interests, support international peacekeeping efforts and provide humanitarian aid.

The teams will be led out by the past , present and future of the military -  Sergeant Andy Cornfield of 37 Signal Regiment 50 (N) Signal Squadron Bradford Armoury ARC based on Neasham Road in Darlington , his son Finley of Durham Cadets B Company parachute regiment based in Consett.

We will be supporting a collection for the Poppy appeal on the day, and there will be a minute's silence observed before the game.

Tickets for the game are on general sale now at:

and are free for serving members of the Armed Forces, as well as veterans, Cadets, Reservists and uniformed organisations such as Cubs, Scouts, Brownies, Beavers, Squirrels and Sea Scouts via a promo code which can be provided by emailing Joanne.cameron@darlingtonfc.org with proof of eligibility

Those applying for free tickets will be required to wear uniform on the day of the game or provide the following identification in advance:
