As we build up to the new season, here’s your chance to bring your family along to the DFC Open Day and meet Alun Armstrong and the players on Saturday 13^th July between 11am and 5pm at Eastbourne Sports Complex – as well as enjoying a full day out!

We’re providing loads of facilities to help everyone have a great day, with a fully licensed bar, food outlets, disco, bouncy castle and slide, as well as the opportunity for the youngsters to have a kick around on the 4G pitch.

The players will also be having their official photos taken with sponsors and fans who have paid for the privilege in the Boost the Budget scheme.

Commercial director Craig Morley said; “We’re really excited about this open day with a family theme about it.

“Fans will be able to chat with the manager and players, and have their photographs taken with them. They will also be able to enjoy a meal in our food outlets as well as enjoying a drink – they can even bring their own gazebos and seats.

“We’ll also be providing the 4G pitches at Eastbourne free of charge for the youngsters to have a kick around without damaging the grass pitches, and there’ll be plenty of entertainment provided by our disco.

“It should be a really good family day out.”

Quaker Retail will also be in attendance so you can buy Darlington FC merchandise for the new season.

It’s a great way to build up to the start of the new season on August 3^rd – let’s see Darlington fans of all ages come out in force!
