The Board of Directors is delighted to announce further information regarding the collection of season tickets, DFC500 leisurewear, and the pre-ordering and sales of replica shirts, all in good time for the start of the forthcoming season. The Club will also be launching a new range of branded leisurewear, after the season has started.

We would like to remind supporters that the logistics of the following information is entirely dependent on the goodwill and extra commitment from our army of dedicated volunteers, without whom a service to supporters of this magnitude would not be possible. We are also grateful to the Dolphin Centre management and staff for their cooperation with extended hours for Quaker Retail to be able to operate the following programme.

From Tuesday 28th July:

  • DFC500 Club members and Vice President Season Ticket holders only can collect their season tickets from Quaker Retail. Seated season ticket holders will also have their allocated seat confirmed at the time of collection.
  • DFC500 Club members and Vice Presidents can collect their DFC500 leisurewear and commemorative glassware (glassware is pending delivery. If not available from this date you will be advised of a revised collection date in due course).
  • DFC500 Club members and Vice Presidents, by showing their season ticket as proof of membership, can buy a home replica shirt only at a discounted price of £25 (normal prices, Adult sizes £35, Child sizes £30)
  • Season ticket holders (who pre-ordered and pre-paid when submitting their season ticket application) can collect their replica home shirt only.

Wednesday 29th – Sunday 2nd August:

  • Exclusive online, via the website Club Shop, pre order of the replica home shirt only prior to general sale. This is due to the anticipated popularity of the home shirt and will also help to guarantee required size, as availability is likely to be limited. Online pre orders will be shipped to the customer.

From Monday 3rd August:

  • Early Bird and other season ticket holders can collect their season tickets from Quaker Retail, and any remaining stock of replica home shirts will go on general sale, Adult sizes £35, Child sizes £30, and will also be available through the normal online ordering service, to be dispatched as per usual business ongoing.

Friday 7th August:

  • The DFC away kit by Avec, will be launched (not for sale) on the official website and social media. We are anticipating the team will wear the new away kit for the pre-season friendly match at Spennymoor Town on Friday 7th August.

From Monday 10th August:

  • Replica away shirts will go on general sale, Adult sizes £35, Child sizes £30, and will also be available through the normal online ordering service, and will be dispatched as per usual business ongoing.

This entire collection and sales service is available from Quaker Retail in the Dolphin Centre and hours have been extended as follows;

Tuesday                 10am – 2pm and 5pm – 7pm

Wednesday           10am – 2pm

Thursday                10am – 2pm and 5pm – 7pm

Friday                     10am – 2pm

Please note that from Monday 27th - Friday 31st July, Quaker Retail will only be open for the above services, but normal Quaker Retail services and hours (Mon, Wed, Fri 10am – 1pm) will be available from Monday 3rd August.

Car Park Season Tickets

As the Club previously stated in June 2015 and due to the transitional arrangements, car park season tickets will not currently be available for any home league matches held at Heritage Park for the 2015-16 season.

Match day car park pricing, and the ability to acquire car park season tickets, at Blackwell Meadows will be announced as further progress on development of the site is made and practical arrangements have been finalised.

Finally, due to the availability and capacity of the volunteer Quaker Retail staff, we ask all those supporters concerned to adhere to the timetable stated. We thank you for your patience and understanding at this very busy period and Quaker Retail staff will do their very best to meet everyone’s need.
