The poll to choose Darlington Football Club’s home kit for season 2018-19, supplied by our partners Puma, closed at midday on Friday.

More than 1600 votes were cast in just 24 hours, with option number four coming out on top, and option number five in second.

This strip will now be adopted as our official strip for next season, 2018-19, and the order has now been placed with Puma, our suppliers.

Darlington manager Tommy Wright said; "I’m delighted that for the next three seasons we will be wearing one of the world’s leading sportswear brands.

“It seemed fitting from a football club perspective that we started afresh with a new kit supplier for the 2018-19 season. We have overseen a big transition on and off the pitch over recent times and now that we have Puma on board I’m sure it will be another step in the right direction."
