Darlington defender Louis Laing is going to be out for several months because of injury.

Louis suffered a torn anterior cruciate ligament injury and a torn medial collateral ligament injury in the first half of the home game against Spennymoor on Boxing Day.

Manager Alun Armstrong said; "We're devastated for him as he was just getting going and we started to get the balance right from him. We just hope that he can get the operation done as soon as possible under the current circumstances."
