Salford had a great day as they moved seven points clear at the top of the table after coming from behind to win at Tamworth. Aman Verma gave Tamworth the lead, with Mark Shelton levelling just four minutes later for the visitors. They had to wait until the final 20 minutes, but Mike Phenix scored the winner for the Ammies, as they won 2-1.

Second placed Harrogate lost for the first time on the road this season, as they fell to a 3-1 defeat at Spennymoor Town. David Foley and Glen Taylor scored early for the Brewers, with Andrew Nelson pulling one back for the visitors. However, Rob Ramshaw scored just before half time for Spennymoor and it was enough to give them the win to leave them just three points behind their opponents.

Brackley scored twice in the final quarter of an hour at home to Gainsborough Trinity to stay third. Aaron Williams and James Armson scoring within four minutes of each other to earn them a 2-0 win.

Blyth Spartans kept pace with the top four after a 1-0 win at home to Leamington, a Junior English own goal the difference between the sides.

York are sixth after winning 3-2 at Alfreton Town. York took the lead twice through Aidan Connolly and Jon Parkin, but both times the hosts levelled through Cieron Keane and Brendan Daniels. However, when Parkin scored his second from the penalty spot with twenty minutes to go Alfreton were not able to come back. Although York did have new signing Adam Bartlett to thank, as he saved a late penalty to ensure they took home all the points.

Bradford Park Avenue moved into the playoff places with a 1-0 victory at bottom of the table North Ferriby. Oliver Johnson scored the only goal of the game for Bradford.

Chorley dropped out of the playoff places after being held to a 2-2 draw at home to Nuneaton. However, they will have been happy to get anything from the game having come from 2-0 down after Nuneaton had taken control through Jordan Nicholson and Ashley Chambers. Joshua O’Keefe and Matthew Hughes rescuing a point for Chorley.

Stockport scored a last minute equaliser away at Boston United to grab a 2-2 draw. Gregory Smith and Jay Rollins scored either side of half time to give the Pilgrims the lead, but Matthew Warburton and a late James Ball strike earned County a share of the spoils.

Curzon Ashton and Southport also shared four goals, a result which leaves both in mid table. Ben Wharton gave Curzon the early lead, but quick fire goals from Steven Schumacher and Jordan Hallam turned the game around. However, on the stroke of half time Niall Cummins pulled the Nash back on level terms and earn a 2-2 draw.

FC United of Manchester moved out of the bottom three with a 3-1 win at home to Telford United. Henry Cowans gave the visitors the lead, but Thomas Greaves and two second half goals from Jason Gilchrist earned FC United the victory.
