Quakers have been drawn at home to the winners of the Marine or St Neots replay on Saturday 26th November.
Quakers played St Neots two seasons ago, and lost 3-1 after Liam Hatch was dismissed in the opening minutes.
Marine and St Neots replay in Cambridgeshire on Tuesday night after they drew 1-1 on Merseyside last Saturday.
Our home game will definitely be played at Heritage Park on Saturday 26th November. Bishop Auckland are switching their Northern League game.
Darlington manager Martin Gray said; "I'm pleased that we're at home, we'll prepare properly for the game, just as we do for every game."
