We moved back up to ninth with a 2-1 win over Gloucester City. Goals from Sean Reid and Adam Campbell gave us the victory that leaves us just a point off fifth place.
King’s Lynn Town stayed four points clear at the top after a comfortable 3-0 win over fifth place Spennymoor. Moors were reduced to ten men 15 minutes in and the leaders took full advantage with Ross Barrows opening the scoring and two from Adam Marriott sealing the win.
Second place York City kept up the pressure on the Linnets with a 2-0 win away to Southport. Jordan Burrow scored both goals either side of half time. Port dropped out of the top seven.
Chester remain third thanks to a 1-0 success away at Guiseley. James Jones scored the only goal of the game after 11 minutes.
Brackley ensured the top four sides all won after victory at Telford United. Lee Ndlovu gave Brackley a 1-0 win late in the first half.
Fifth to seventh are all level on points with Boston United jumping up to sixth after a 2-1 win at bottom of the table Bradford PA. Dominic Knowles and our on loan man Simon Ainge put the Pilgrims in control, with Nicky Clee pulling one back for Bradford but it was not enough.
Farsley suffered a surprise defeat at Kettering Town. Michael Richens scored the first half winner for the Poppies who moved up to 19th.
Gateshead are only three points outside the top seven thanks to a 2-0 victory at home to Hereford. Elliott Forbes and Dom Tear scored the goals for the Heed in either half.
Altrincham continued their move up the table with a 1-0 win at Leamington. Josh Hancock scored the goal in the second half to make it four league wins in a row for Alty.
Alfreton won 2-0 away to Curzon Ashton to move up to 13th. Amari Morgan-Smith put Alfreton ahead after just two minutes with a Bobby Johnson penalty sealing the win in the second half.
In the final game on Saturday Blyth picked up a huge win away to Kidderminster. Lewis Hawkins grabbed the winner in the 56th minute which moves Spartans within three points of safety.
