AGM Notice
The Annual General Meeting of Darlington 1883 Limited (“DFC”) will be held at Blackwell Meadows on Thursday 25 January 2018 at 19:15. The business to be conducted at the meeting will be the re-appointment of John Tempest as a director, and to formalise the appointment of David Johnston, who was co-opted as a director during the year. Shareholders will also be asked to receive the accounts for the year ended 30 June 2017, and to grant the Board permission to issue a limited number of shares in return for cash, to the Supporters Group.
Shareholders should receive a formal Notice via email where an address is held, or otherwise to the last known postal address. If you are a shareholder of DFC, and have not heard from Jonathan Jowett by Saturday 13th January please contact him via agm@darlingtonfc.org. The accounts should be available by close of business on Friday 19th January.
