Darlington FC Under 11s today took part in the TATA steel cup with some of the best teams in the North East -- and they won it with a great goal by Jayden Ions.
They got through the group stages with flying colours and then went all the way to the final, only conceding 1 goal in the tournament.
The final was between them and and very strong Spennymoor side and the only thing that separated the two teams was a wonder strike from Jayden Ions who led the team to a 1-0 win in the final.
