The Walking Football sessions for over 50s at Eastbourne every Monday afternoon are going really well.
Around a dozen over 50s are gathering at 1pm every Monday and enjoying a game of walking football, as well as enjoying the banter and catching up on the news.
The sessions are run by DFC, and cost just £3, which includes refreshments afterwards.
