Simon Hahn brings us his regular round up Darlington’s recent struggles continued, as we picked up one point from our two games this week. On Saturday we lost 1-0 at home to league leaders Salford, before drawing 1-1 at Radcliffe Borough on Tuesday night. We are currently ninth in the league table, three points off the final playoff spot.
Darlington were held to a disappointing 1-1 draw at Radcliffe Borough. Graeme Armstrong’s header midway through the second half equalised for Quakers, who looked unlikely to score until the hosts had taken the lead just after the break.
Darlington have been drawn away to Spennymoor in the Durham Challenge Cup. The clubs have agreed that the fixture will be played at 7.45pm on Tuesday 21st October at the Brewery Field.

Simon Hahn brings us his weekly round up Darlington suffered a disappointing week, as we were only able to pick up one point from our two games against Droylsden and Farsley. At Droylsden on Saturday we lost 2-1, before conceding a last minute equaliser to draw 1-1 at home to Farsley on Wednesday.
Darlington have to settle for a point against Farsley after the visitors levelled in the closing stages at Heritage Park. Quakers had led thanks to a header by Terry Galbraith but were pegged back late on.
