2021/22 Season Ticket Launch
By Chris Stockdale
ALL TOGETHER NOW!
Darlington FC is excited to be launching the sale of season tickets for the forthcoming 2021/22 season on June 1st. To purchase online go to https://darlingtonfc.co.uk/season-tickets.
Never has a new season been so keenly anticipated for lots of different reasons!
Whether it is the slow 2pm walk down Grange Road, buying your physical 50/50 ticket, popping in to Quaker Retail for a browse, a pint before the game in the bar, a read of the programme, a pie at half-time or just bellowing your lungs out in the Tin Shed for the lads, everyone will have their own personal reasons to be excited about getting back to Blackwell Meadows in August.
Alun is already busy giving us lots of reasons to be excited about our prospects on the pitch next season, too. Kallum Griffiths, Junior Mondal, Tommy Taylor, Joey Hope and Lexus Beeden have already signed, with others to follow across pre-season.
These new players will be lining up alongside fan favourites such as Will Hatfield, Joe Wheatley, Luke Charman, Alex Storey and Jarrett Rivers, who have committed themselves to the club for the coming season, as Alun looks for us to be competing at the top end of the table from the get-go.
You, the fans, have played a massive part in this effort, with over £120,000 raised for Boost The Budget. A big thank you from the club to each and every one of you that invested.
We've reviewed our prices and reduced all our 21/22 adult and concession season ticket prices compared to the last two seasons early bird pricing. We continue to strive to provide fantastic value for our season tickets to our fans and owners.
We can’t wait to welcome you back to Blackwell Meadows for what promises to be a fascinating season.
Due to ongoing COVID-19 guidelines and the potential of limited stadium capacity at the start of the season, we are initially limiting the number of new & renewing season tickets for sale to 500, so the only way to ensure that you don't miss a kick of the Blackwell Meadows action is to secure yourself a season ticket – and fast! Of the 500 season tickets available, 397 are reserved up to June 22nd for existing expiring season ticket and 500 Club members to renew, giving 103 tickets available for new purchases.
From June 22nd onwards season tickets will be sold on a first come, first served basis up to 500. We will also review if we can release any further season tickets for sale based on the latest government guidance.
We have 3 ways to buy your season ticket:
- A single payment by credit / debit card, cheque or via BACS transfer
- 3 monthly instalments via credit / debit card
- Pay monthly – a rolling monthly subscription
All season ticket holders and 500 Club members have been sent a personalised email confirming their current ticket status for the coming season. If you haven’t received an email first please check your spam / promotional email folders and drop us an email to seasontickets@darlingtonfc.org if you have any questions.

Seated Season Ticket: Your Reserved Seat – the details
Until June 22nd, all current seated season ticket holders can rest assured their existing seat will remain reserved. After that date, however, the seat will become available for anyone to buy or move to if they’ve already purchased a season ticket and want to swap the seat they were allocated.
If you would like to move seats or are purchasing a seated season ticket for the first time we will do our best to accommodate your presences if you have a specific row/block you want to be seated in or a family/friendship group you’d like to sit with. Please contact us email seasontickets@darlingtonfc.org.
If social distancing rules are in place when we return to home games we can’t guarantee your usual seat at this time although we will do our best to accommodate all requests.
What is a Pay Monthly season ticket?
For a rolling monthly subscription you can become a season ticket holder just like other services you can subscribe to and pay for on a monthly basis. Full details are available on our pay monthly page including full terms and conditions.
Why are season tickets sales limited to 500 between June 1st and June 22nd?
We already have a total of 376 21/22 season ticket holders & 500 Club members signed up for Season 21/22. This number includes fans who deferred their 20/21 tickets to 21/22, the 500 club members who have tickets that expire between 2022 and 2027 plus active Pay Monthly season ticket subscribers.
Selling another 500 tickets will take our total season ticket & 500 club sales to 876. At this stage we don’t want to go beyond that number until we have updated government guidance on what level of attendance we will be allowed at our home games next season.

All season ticket purchases for concession tickets may be subject to age verification checks. We hope to launch an online process for this in the close season.

Please check the expiry date of your 500 Club ticket on your YourClub dashboard. We have also sent personalised emails to all season ticket and 500 Club holders with your up to date ticket information.

Car Parking
For Season 2021/22 you will be able to park your car at Blackwell Meadows.
We will be selling Car Parking season passes in the close season and will notify all season ticket holders when passes go on sale.
Those car park holders who rolled over their tickets from the 20/21 season will be contacted ahead of the sales period.
Free blue badge disabled car parking is available at Blackwell Meadows on matchdays. You are advised to apply for a blue badge car park season pass if you qualify for one and are also a season ticket holder.
