Andrew started his career at Sunderland, and in the 2018-19 season whilst on loan to us, scored six goals in five games – including two on his debut at Chorley -- before he returned to Sunderland. He was then transferred to Scottish Premier club Dundee and scored on his debut for them against Hearts.

He was released by the Scottish club in the summer of 2020 after making 39 appearances and he joined Torquay in the National League, but three weeks after joining, he suffered a knee injury and was unable to play for them.
