Tom Platt

Position: Midfielder

Tom joined Darlington from Boston United in 2023 and is now entering his fourth year with the Quakers. Since arriving at Blackwell Meadows, he has become a fan favourite and a respected leader within the squad, known for his commitment, physical presence and consistency in midfield.

The midfielder has made 113 appearances for the club and will be looking to help Darlington push towards the ultimate goal of reaching the playoffs during the 2026/27 season.

During the 2025/26 campaign, Tom made 45 appearances and contributed four goals, including a memorable volley against Peterborough Sports on Matchday 39. Prior to that, his only previous goal for the club came in a 3-1 victory over Workington in the FA Cup Qualifying Rounds during the 2023/24 season.
