Toby, who is 26, was one of the leading players at Blyth in the last two seasons, and left them when his contract finished in the summer. 

Toby started his career at Harrogate Town, and has also played on a permanent basis for Alfreton and Gateshead, as well as loan spells at Harrogate RA, Whitby and Boston United.
