Kallum Griffiths
Kallum started his career in Sunderland’s academy where he rubbed shoulders with Jordan Henderson and Martin Waghorn, and then had three years in the youth team at Bradford City.
He joined Spennymoor Town in 2009 and made 389 appearances for them as they climbed from the Northern League to the National League North. He was a member of the Moors team that won the FA Vase in 2013 and the Northern League on four occasions, as well as winning promotion from the EvoStik First Division North and EvoStik Premier Division.
Darlington fans will remember him from our play off semi final against Spennymoor in 2015, when he struck the bar from 40 yards out when the game was finely balanced.
He left Spennymoor in 2018 and moved into full time football with York City where he stayed for two seasons until joining Gateshead in 2020. He was part of the York team that lost to Altrincham in the 2020 play offs.
After a season at Gateshead, he joined Quakers in the summer of 2021, and since then has been a regular at right back.
